我从事英语教育相关工作多年。在长期与学生、家长接触的过程中，我越来越关注一个问题：为什么很多人学了很多年英语，掌握了不少单词、语法和知识，却依然很难真正用英语表达自己的想法？
这也逐渐成为我持续学习和研究的方向。
我开始把英语学习的重点从“学了多少知识”转向“能否真正使用语言”，并围绕表达能力不断梳理自己的教学与学习体系。我相信，语言始于意义，而不仅仅是单词和句型；知识不会自动转化为表达能力，真正的语言能力需要在理解、使用、表达和交流中逐步建立。
因此，我现在的工作不仅是教授英语，也包括了解学习者目前所处的位置，帮助他们发现真正的问题、梳理学习目标、设计适合自己的学习路径，并通过持续的练习和调整，让英语逐渐成为一种能够表达意义、连接他人和理解世界的语言。
我仍然在持续学习、实践和完善这套体系。比起提供一个适用于所有人的标准答案，我更希望帮助每一个学习者找到下一步真正需要解决的问题，并一步一步建立属于自己的英语能力。
I have worked in English education for many years. Through my experience with students and parents, one question has continued to draw my attention: Why do so many people spend years learning English, building vocabulary and studying grammar, yet still struggle to express what they really want to say?Over time, this question became the focus of my own learning, practice, and exploration.
I began to shift my attention from how much English a learner knows to whether they can actually use the language. This has led me to continuously develop and refine my approach to English learning around the ability to express meaning. I believe that language begins with meaning, not simply with words and sentence patterns. Knowledge does not automatically become the ability to express yourself. Real language ability develops gradually through understanding, using, expressing, and communicating.
Today, my work goes beyond teaching English. I also help learners understand where they are, identify what is really holding them back, clarify their goals, and find a learning path that fits their individual needs. Through continued practice and adjustment, I hope to help learners make English a language they can use to express meaning, connect with others, and understand the world.
I am still learning, practicing, and developing this system myself. Rather than offering one standard answer for everyone, I hope to help each learner identify what they truly need to work on next and gradually build an English ability of their own.
